One of the best parts of photographing weddings is getting to work alongside incredible local vendors, and Belle Haven Events was exactly that. I had the pleasure of working with their team at a wedding at the Solar Arts Building in Minneapolis, MN. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, organized, and incredibly professional. They kept the wedding day running seamlessly while creating such a calm and joyful atmosphere for the couple and everyone involved. As a Minneapolis wedding and elopement photographer, having a wedding planner you can trust and communicate easily with makes such a difference. Belle Haven Events was wonderful to work alongside, and by the end of the night, they didn’t just feel like fellow Minneapolis wedding vendors, they felt like friends. We are so grateful we hired Belle Haven Events for our day-of wedding coordination! Katlynne was incredibly organized and detail-oriented throughout the planning process, making sure every detail was covered before the big day. After the wedding, I realized just how much she handled behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. She coordinated with all of our vendors, kept us on schedule (despite me running late as always!), solved any issues that came up, and made sure we never had to worry about a thing. Chris was amazing too as he always had water or another drink for my husband and me exactly when we needed it. Together, they helped with setup, packed everything up at the end of the night, and truly went above and beyond. I’ve attached a photo as proof of just how gorgeous it all came together! They made our wedding day so seamless, allowing us to simply enjoy every moment. Thank you, Katlynne and Chris, for everything you did to make our day so special. Katlynne and Chris were both incredible to have at our wedding. I had so many people tell me how impressed they were with their services. Chris was somehow always there with a water and another drink for me, I don’t know how he did it haha. Their attitude and enthusiasm was also so refreshing to have when I was already so tired from planning! They set up our decor beautifully, had food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony, managed every issue that came up, and packed up everything at the end of the night. Our night would have been so different without them. I had been on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator but the investment was 1000% worth it. Plus their prices were so affordable for the service they offer! Thank you again for an amazing wedding!!!
